• Passport (national / foreign), identification code (for citizens of Ukraine)
• Driver’s license (Driving experience must be at least 2 years)
• Age – at least 23 years old.;

• Deposit is paid by the renter upon signing the contract.
• The amount of the deposit depends on brand of the rented car.
• Return of deposit is made when a vehicle is transferred to the lessor under the conditions of contract.
• Deposit is made by cash and also in the form of blocking the deposit on the credit card

• Daily mileage shall not exceed – 300 km or 8000km per month. In case of exceeding the limit is charged extra money according to the company’s tariffs.
• The renter can order the service “Unlimited mileage”, the cost of the service is according to the company’s tariffs.

Delivery of a car is possible:

•  In RENTOK’S hire stations during working hours (from 9.00 to 18.00 Monday to Saturday) – free of charge;
•  At the address specified by the customer – is a paid service;
• Delivery of the car after hours – is a paid service
•  Сar delivered in clean condition and fueled

If the Vehicle is not returned in clean condition and with a full tank renter should pay extra money according to the company’s tariffs.
